💻 Do I need to download any software?
No. AllonGuide is entirely web-based. You can upload, view, approve, and manage cases directly through your browser.

No. Any modern device with internet access can be used. There’s no need for expensive computers or third-party software.

🔒 Can other users see my data?
No. Your cases are private and encrypted. Only your team and our authorized planning specialists can access your files.

Yes. You can securely share case previews, reports, or screenshots with referring dentists or labs via email or download links—even if they don’t have an AllonGuide account.

⏱️ Can I add a case at any time?
Yes. You can upload cases 24/7 through our portal, and we’ll begin planning as soon as the case is submitted.

💵 Is there a support or maintenance fee?
No. AllonGuide has no additional software or maintenance fees. You only pay per case, based on the guide type and materials selected.

🧠 How does AllonGuide know the right workflow for my case?
Each case is reviewed by our experienced Virtual Treatment Plan Coordinators, who match your clinical objectives with the most effective digital workflow—customizing the guide design, fixation approach, and sequence for surgical efficiency.

📐 What does AllonGuide need to create a surgical guide?

• A CBCT scan (DICOM format)
• Intraoral or desktop STL scans (upper, lower, and bite)
• Treatment plan information (e.g., planned tooth extractions, implant locations, desired prosthesis type)

⚠️ What should I be careful about when taking a CBCT scan?

• Do not crop the scan. We need the full arch and surrounding anatomy.
• Keep voxel size between 0.2–0.3 mm
• Use a stable bite and avoid movement during scan
• Use radiographic markers or scan prostheses for edentulous cases (if available)

🦷 Do you have an edentulous CBCT scan protocol?
Yes. For edentulous patients, we recommend:
